Here are some more fun pictures of the Dalys having more October fun. Nathan was very into the idea of carving a Jack-O-Lantern, so we did. He actually was the least excited about digging out the insides (just check out his face!) I carved of course, and the kids helped with the scooping. Maryann was the biggest help, she really enjoyed it, too.
Friday morning we made trip to the library for a parade and trick or treating; we walked around the library and then got a few treats there too. We saw our friends Olivia and Eliana there (Tom and Jerry ) in the pictures below. Sorry some of the pictures are out of order, but I still can't figure out this blogger.
Friday night after dinner, we along with our friends Chloe (Tinkerbell) and Raegan (and their mom and brother Will) went trick or treating around our neighborhood. It was fun.
When we got home we let the kids go to town on their candy buckets with nearly no supervision. Yes, it is true. Then we shut down the candy eating operation and got back to real life. It was a fun night for all of us!!!!
Today we celebrated the 6th birthday of our sweet boy Nathan!!!!! Wow!!!! What a joy he is to our lives. I remember seeing him for the very first time. What a special blessing he is: loveable, sweet, sensitive, so smart, kind and just plain fun!!!! Oh he is such a blessing to me, Mark and our whole family. What a genuine little guy! We truly celebrate his life today. Thank you LORD for our boy Nathan John!!!! What a treasure he is to us!!!! We had a pirate themed party today. We invited 2 buddies, Joshua and Josiah over for some fun, games and food. We had a great day/night. We even did our own treasure hunt and pin the patch on the pirate. It was a great time. The ugly teeth just made the pirate costumes perfect. I even put some on for a pic, but I am not sharing that one here. LOL! Happy Happy Birthday Nathan!!!! We love you very much!
